PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE
USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use
of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and
other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and
conditions, please do not use this site.
Return Policy
If within the 15-day
period, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a
refund (less shipping costs).
All merchandise will be
charged a 15% restocking fee unless it is our error.
Closeout items are not returnable. Undergarments are not returnable
unless the original package has not been opened.
Returned goods must not be
used, worn, are in marketable condition and returned in original
packaging. Returns after 30 days are not will not be accepted.
Exceptions to the restocking fee may be offered to deployed US military
personnel.
Once a return is processed,
a credit card purchase will receive account credit to the card that was
originally used for the purchase. Orders that were paid by check
or money order will be sent repayment within 15 days in the form of a
money order.
To return merchandise,
place the item in its original packing and shipping container.
Enclose a copy of your packing slip along with a brief explanation for
the reason for the return. Please ship returns freight prepaid to:

orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is cancelled, Lights, Sirens & Safety LLC shall issue a credit
to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
